For the general public, sign up using the on-line agreement (there is a plugin that downloads automatically to allow you to read and print the agreement) execute the document, specify whether it’s a regular auction or donation auction benefiting a specified nonprofit.
Mail it to the webmaster. The webmaster handles the rest of the process.
The nonprofit gets a donation and the donor will get a tax deduction.
